Hi everyone!

Today I’ve decided to update you about my upcoming works.
Right now I’m working on 4 pieces that I’ll try to submit during the next week.
It may seem a lot to be working on but, I have so many ideas on my mind that I decided to start working on them before I forget them.

One of those works is not quite new to me. It’s something I’m trying to do for the last 4 months but that I made and remade over and over again during that time but that I think I can finally finish now. The reason why I’ve spent so much time and effort on this piece, trying to finish it the right way is because this work is a dedication to a very good friend of mine that had a motorcycle accident almost 6 months ago and that lost his right arm on it So, this is a very special piece of work that requires an extra effort.

Another work that I’m doing right now it’s a Twilight inspired piece. I know that this may sound a little strange but I only saw the Twilight movie yesterday through a DVD that my sister bought. I was a little reluctant about this movie and the books about this story because I’m a fan of the good old vampire stories that are held during the XVIII and XIX century atmosphere, but once I saw it I fell in love with it immediately and the idea for this work came to my mind

Some other works I’m doing right now are my entry for the Wacom Dreams Contest, as well as a Victoria Francés inspired work.
I don’t know which one I’ll be finishing first but, you’ll get an idea of what you may find on my gallery on the following days


Well, now changing subject, I saw this tag on *Villesgodgirl journal and decided to do it so you can know a little bit more about me. So, here it goes…

1. I used to be called “vampire” by my friends in high-school since my eyes often change color from golden-brown to bright green
2. I’m an addict to Anne Rice’s Vampire Chronicles books of which I have the entire collection and read them more than two times
3. I change my hair color very often. I had black hair, platinum blond hair, dark purple hair and now I’ve dark blood-red hair
4. I dress in black all the time, since I’m goth, and whenever I put on a pair of jeans or wear something that is not black my friends say that I’m dressed as a civilian
5. Most members of my family are professional photographers. I’m also a photographer but for now I prefer doing freelance work
6. I’m a photographic model, although I don’t think I look that good
7. Once in a while I draw clothes. I wanted to be a fashion designer when I was little but right now I just do it for fun
8. I have a thing for guitar-players and guys with long hair, especially if they have blond hair
9. I absolutely love football. My father was a referee a long time ago and my younger brother plays on a local team. Oh, and I try not to loose a single game of my favourite team and of the Portuguese team
10. I’m a single mother
11. The best gift I ever received for Christmas was a Wacom tablet that my father gave me last Christmas
12. I have the worst luck a girl can have when it comes to guys
13. I was once a singer in a bar
14. I write little stories once in a while and right now I’m trying to write a book
15. I do most of my jewelry, such as chokers, brooches and cuffs
16. I collect semi-precious stones
17. I love swords and daggers, but they are so expensive that I only have one dagger
18. My desk is always a big mess, full of post-its with ideas for artworks, with CD’s and DVD’s all around, with USB pens and memory cards… well, a real mess
19. I can’t fall asleep without music
20. I have family in the USA, France and Germany. Although I’m not very fluent on French and German, I can understand and talk a little of both
21. I want to redecorate my room and give it a medieval look
22. I never leave my house without my camera, my cell phone, a note-book and some pens
23. When I’m not in front of the computer, I spend my spare time in the nearest coffee shop writing
24. I’m a night person and sometimes it can be very hard for me to fall asleep at night and easier during the day
25. I absolutely hate spiders, I freak out whenever I see one, if they are big
